Call location of Scappoose, ORegon came in at 4:38 am. A message was left that a 3 year old child was found near my home, purporting to be a police alert, though I live in Salem, OR. Scappoose is at least 2 hours away. Later in the day, another Scappoose OR call came in. The caller called me by name, then asked if I was selling my home. Seems very su****ious.
