This number belongs to a magazine subscription renewal service call center. Usually it's for the various trade magazines that are available free to businesses. Granted, they do call nonstop and usually it's dead air, but I think that's more about them having a ****py pbx phone service and not them just ****ing up. They calls are annoying, as they call and ask for the owner of a business, which in most cases that call isn't going to go through, but they keep on calling. Maybe they need to restructure their business model and train their employees better?
