(504) 603-5237
Someone calling himself deputy Marshall Frank Savage. He left a message stating that I needed to call him back immediately he had a matter to discuss with me. I called back and I got a voice message stating that this was the Civil citation Department and that an operator would be . with me in a few minutes I knew that I didn't owe any citations or missed any court dates or anything like that.

SCAM! Claims to be “civil citation dept” (even has a voicemail set up to say so) claims you have unpaid fines or missed a court date and requests money on a card that you can only get at Office Depot because the court doesn’t take debit/credit cards or cash (lies) instructs you to give them the card number to make sure it’s valid so the machine at the court doesn’t reject it. After you give the number for the card they tell you to go to the court house. Obviously a scam. Thank god this didn’t happen to me a 911 call center has received calls about this number and the scam.
