they told me they had tried to contact me numerous times by mail & by phone about my car's warranty & to press 1 to speak to a rep or 2 to end the call. i pressed 1 & as soon as the "rep" picked up, he asked me for the make & model of my car. i proceeded to say "my car is 9 years old & doesn't have any kind of warranty or extended warranty & i want to be taken off of your call list" - sometime before i could finish that sentence he hung up on me w/out a word so, i'm sure i'll be hearing back from that number & they'll be wasting my cell phone minutes!!
