Like the majority of you, we noticed a charge for $30.99 on our account when checking our bank account online. We live near Faribault, MN, but have not been there to purchase anything, nor did we order anything for our pets online. I Googled the business--the address on the contact page was just as I suspected: 320 4th ST NW, Ste 200--A UPS STORE!! This is a complete scam. FYI--I have worked with BBB claims in the past. As long as the company responds to the BBB, nothing more is really done. If you want to report this company CONTACT THE ATTORNY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE. You can bet that will be my next email/letter!! I will also be contacting the Faribault police dept and referencing this site.

I had a $30.99 charge from this company on 4/20/2009. It was on a debit card and I am still trying to see if I can get the issue resolved. I cannot report it to a credit card company so it is a very frustrating situation. Does anyone know how to remove charges?

I was also charged $30.99 by YOUR PET SUPPLIER. I haven't had a pet in 20 years and am very casreful with my credit card. How can this happen?

I got jipped out of $26.98 on my credit card on 3/1/09 from this pet supply place in Faribault, MN. I don't have any pets and have never purchased anything from this internet place. My credit card company had to cancel it and are giving me a new one. Now how these people charged my account is beyond me, but this is big time thievery. You can complaint to the Better Business Bureau at http://www.mnd.bbb.org in Saint Paul, MN or email [email protected]. If you don't file a complaint they will keep getting away with stealing other people's hard earned money. Also, you might want to delete all you cookies on your computer regularly.

I also had 30.99 taken out of my bank account from Your Pets Supplier. How sad that people resort to this type of fraud! They are really messed up. I didn't have anyone call me but noticed that money was taken out of my account from a company that I didn't recognize. Thank goodness for the bank I use who is investigating it and returning my money.

I just got my mastercard bill with a charge to Your Pets Supplier for 27.98! Looks like I'll be calling the fraud department and getting a new credit card. I can't believe this. I had to do the same thing a couple of years ago when something similar happened.I'm glad to be able to see that other people are having the same problem. I was trying to figure out if I bought something from this company!

Hey, Visa is great! I wasn't satisfied after my husband said Visa couldn't help, so I called them. They transfered me to the Fraud Dept and they will investigate. Bless them!

My Visa card was charged $22.99 on 12/05. We didn't notice the charge until March. When we called Visa, they said we reported it too late and they couldn't help us! I wonder who's getting this money and how they're getting our identity? Someone is getting rich by charging a lot of people just small amounts here and there and they're getting away with it..

I didn't get a call. However I did have an unauthorized charge on 3/6/06 on my credit card for $30.99 from "Your Pets Supplier 507-933-4157 MN" so called my credit card company. They closed that compromised account and are issuing me a new account number and cards. They said this was an internet charge. When I call the number I get an anwsering machine.
