I received a phone call from this India Man leaving messages that I owe money and I am under FBI Investigations. He states I have a case number and that I need to call them back and do not avoid there phone call. This is a scam no doubt about it! They will continue to call and harass but, yes indeed argue or don't answer there calls at all. It's just there way of trying to get people's money!

Just letting everyone know these ARE INFACT SCAMMERS! I was a loan officer for a number of years and in 90% of all US States there is NO law whatsoever for NOT paying a loan company back.....The VERY most anyone from a loan company can do is call you once a day and try to collect the debt and possible take you to small claims court. Not the tricky part is this... The phone numbers they are comming from are generated by previous numbers they have called and when you call them back its re-directed to thier house. I called a "Detective as he called himself back and it was SUPRISE someone who also fell victim to these EXCACT same phone calls. SO tricky part is you can block that number but.....thell call from another. Give it time and the calls should stop. Hell have fun with them laugh and beg for the police to be called say something childish about a mom joke or whatever :) Hope this helps Take Care!!!

this is some guy in a call center in india that has mental problems, puts your number into a robodialer. the number is a US number that rings in to him, but it's his direct line. I called him back over and over for an hour and he eventually quit calling. you can also try *60 to block this number from calling you. there is a special place in hell for him, say hello from me, we had some nice conversations about my mother and his job at 7-11 :D
