The person calling from this number identified herself as Jennifer from On Process calling on behalf of AT&T. The call was in regards to a replacement cell phone that AT&T had shipped to me with instructions on returning the defective phone.

On Process technology. About supposed service change away from Comcast and now desiring return of Comcast owned equipment. There was actually no change made to my service, so this call is bogus. Out of curiosity I called the given callback number 18008697809 and the menu options eventually led to asking more information than you should be willing to give to a stranger, if you get my drift.
