Worst costumer treatment i have ever received...would never recommend Budget Septic & Drain to anyone...had service done by them called back a few weeks later to ask what was going on my septic tank is still full of waste and she told me she was offended that i would suggest they didnt do their job right.went of and told me to educate my self when i pointed out that i was asking because i didnt know what was going on that she didnt have to be rude to in no way was i rude to her she asked me if i preferred she called me stupid then flat out called me stupid and hung up...all because i had questions...this was the owner of the business..way to treat a costumer right?
