I took this call because I was expecting a call from this area code. A mechanical voice mentioned about account activity from Dayton, OH near where I had been recently. The voice was mechanical sounding. I did call back and got a message that said I was in a queue and someone would be with me shortly, again a mechanical voice. I hung up. That is not the way Amazon would handle this.
