This is a bottom feeder junk law firm in Round Rock that the state and federal government allows to go after non-payment of taxes on property as well as outstanding tickets.@ Houstonian: "Oh and F.Y.I no Police Department will ever go thru a second source to collect unpaid tickets"Oh yes they do now.... Texas is becoming a prison state. The feds pay the state an outrageous amount per day to the tune of $150-300 per inmate per DAY. The state and federal government now allow little towns like Manor, TX... why they are harassing me...to hire a third party to get their money! This law firm meets at the monthly Commissioner's Court behind "closed doors" (public not allowed) to see when they'll get their bank from this firm intimidating them. This is the beginning of the economy going down...Mine.. was a light bulb over a license plate and the officer was extremely aggressive and intimidating. The paper work went to this firm a day after I did not show in court. (I called over 3 weeks after the ticket and the court girl said I don't see it I think it was a warning) Two weeks later... I owe $800 TWO (2) warrants out for my arrest... and I cannot renew my driver's license....Call your state reps ...

This number called several times and finally left a message. They indicated that it was about a "serious legal matter". It is a debt collection agency. None of their calls indicated who they think I am, but that I needed to call immediately. This seems to be a debt-fishing business where they try to link your information (if you have a common name) to a debt for collection. DO NOT OFFER THEM ANY INFORMATION and only confirm or deny anything that they provide to you. If they can tie your information to the debt, even after the fact, it is almost impossible to get your information separated from the debt.

Who is this and why are they calling? They did not even state who they were calling and it was a recorded message. Also, this is a cell phone. How many legit. buisnesses make use of cell phones for their calls. They say this is some legal matter or something. If they really want to talk to you, why don't they state who they are and who they are calling for? I have no idea what they are calling about and what they want?

(512) 287-4020
I just got my cell phone and keep getting calls from a recording for a "McCreary or McLeary Law Firm" No matter if I answer or not they will leave a message. This costs me very valuable minutes. And yes I have tried to call them back to tell them, but get a recording telling me to hold on for the next available person. I only have 700 SHARED minutes. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS. Thank you
