My Caller ID shows 'Gila Corp'. Here's their website: www.gilacorp.com Looks like they're trying their best to look legit. Still same old, same old. Harass, harass, harass.

Here is the best advice anyone can give regarding this company. Verify with your local court first. Then work only with them. Also for future referencehttp://www.fbi.gov/majcases/fraud/fraudschemes.htmThat will help you avoid being defrauded and possible jail time from failure to pay fines when you pay these s***bags.
(512) 454-4757
Nice, they even pay people to post on here about their scams. Their not legit, they're a scammer!! If your legit, and you paid them, you got scammed, i suggest you sue!
(512) 454-4757
They are legit, but they don't communicate with agencies to verify if things are cleared or not. The are well known in the state of TX, and do work for most muni****lities, counties, and even the state it self. They also run the new driver surcharge program, which is the biggest joke ever.
(512) 454-4757
I also got similar message. I bet this must be a scam.

The company is MSB and they do collect for court systems across the country. I believe the bulk of there calls are in regards to photo radar and camera s***d traps. These obviously come from our home cities or cities that we have visited over the years. The prosectuing jurisdiction researches your home address, through your license plate information, and sends you out a ticket. If you throw it away, have moved or have never recieved it, they still consider it an active ticket that needs to either paid or a non guilty plea/court date set up. After a set time period, the court systems considers it unpaid and forwards it to collections (i.e. MSB). MSB hounds you forever until it is paid, since they get a nice cut out of the deal.My question is, how badly does an unpaid collection (ticket)of $100-400 effect your credit score? I would****ume that everyone that has recieved this call and not settled, has taken a hit on their credit score. Is that correct?
(512) 454-4757
Got a call from them and when I answered they ***g up
(512) 454-4757
LG Vu thankfully has call reject list feature. MSB will not stop calling. not answering is an invitation to call a***n.
(512) 454-4757
It is MSB, but the majority of what they call for isn't tickets or fines...but people who unwittingly run the tolls on the new toll road. They run your plates and call whatever number is****ociated. (The TX D.O.T. has the WORST rating for their recordkeeping accu****.)
(512) 454-4757
This number called saying I owe over 400 dollars in tickets, which is false. If I did, the State of Alaska would garnish my State dividend to get paid. These people are a complete scam.
(512) 454-4757
This number called me twice today saying I have unpaid tickets. I did have unpaid tickets, but the SOA garnished a portion of my dividend so it's all paid. I do not have any other tickets, if I did, it would have came out of my State dividend like the others have.

Also filed a complaintwith the National Do NotCall Registry and the FCC on other scam relatednumbers as well; they will follow through.

I can't seem to get these people to stop calling. They never leave a message, they ask for someone who is not me when I do answer. They call at least 3 times and up to 6 a day, never on weekends though. So annoying. I will be****igning them their own ring, I wish I knew how to block numbers!
(512) 454-4757

I'm getting several calls a cay from this number saying I have an important matter that needs my immediate attention and gives my "case" number. Of course, I have no case number because I've never been in trouble with law, no tickets, no outstanding tickets, nothing.Who do I report these folks to?
(512) 454-4757
They call and call. They told me I had "an important court matter". I called them, then I called the city. I thought I had taken care of the matter, but I did have an outstanding ticket. The problem is, MSB will tell you the charge is more than what you actually owe. They tried to scam me out of over $100 dollars of what I actually owed. I paid them what the city says I owe and they still keep calling. I told them that it is not a bill for service so they are not going to collect interest or late fees. They already got that with court fees. The operators you speak to are the rudest and think they know the law. Every time I made a legal comment they would remain quiet because they did not know the answer or how to rebute my comment without being a lie. After all, they do record the calls.
(512) 454-4757
My husband has received several calls from this phone#. As far as we know they are a collection agency serving muni****l and felony court fees collection.Their agents FALSELY and ILLEGALLY claim that there is a pending court case when the case is already over. We have refused to return their calls. We have "pressed 1", but we no live person and it then ****s up on us.

I just called the 4757 number, it definately is MSB. They were looking for my deadbeat brother at our Mom's house. I explained the situation and that the brother doesn't live at this number. The lady said they would take the number of their list. We'll see if they call a***n, and I'll let you all know.
(512) 454-4757
This # has called me twice and left msgs about a "pending criminal court manner" - I do not have anything like that and it is a scam I think
(512) 454-4757
Got the number called me about 3-4 times a day....saying so****ing like "this call is for verifying case..."...very frustrated. Dont know how to stop them. Thanks
(512) 454-4757
This number has called me two time every morning at 7:00 for the past 3 weeks. It's rather annoying, because while I did have a ticket, I already paid it.Every time I tell them, they say o.k. and just call the next morning.**** me.
(512) 454-4757
They called asking for me by name and I kept asking who it was and they ***g up. I really DO have a ticket that is in collections but I also think it is public record so they can call everyone on there trying to steal money SO BE CAREFUL. You should always find the official number to the collections department (online on your own, not by asking the caller) and handle your issue on your own. HERE'S A TIP: For annoying frequent calls (ie debt collectors) to your cell phone you could save the numbers that call and****ign them a unique ringer ID to ring as 'Silent'. So you'll get the call but it won't ring your phone and bother you. Then instead of getting annoyed or frustrated you can just laugh. Sure it seems they call from a million numbers but after a week or two you'll have them all saved and silenced. (ps. I ran into an old Nokia phone with no Silent setting so possibly you could just create your own ringtone with just of couple "pauses".)
(512) 454-4757
received call with 512-***-4757 on caller ID and the following message "Someone in your household may have a pending court matter - press 1 ...." I ***g up out of concern that if I pressed 1, some kind of charge might show up on my phone bill. Who is this company and how do you turn them in?
(512) 454-4757
It is not the Muni****l Services Bureau. They might say they are, but they aren't!! It's a completely different number than the MSB phone number. They are scammers; claiming I have a ticket in a city I haven't been to in years.
(512) 454-4757
LETS S**** A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT, EMAIL ME AT [email protected] IF YOU WANT IN
(512) 454-4757
The culprit is MSB. They are the Muni****l Services Bureau. They are bill collectors for the court systems of america. If you have had a parking ticket or other court action they are after your money. The Courts pay 50% of what MSB collects from you. They use ***dreds of numbers all over the country to make sure someone is at your number.
(512) 454-4757
This phone number is somehow related to 800-616-0166 and 800 669-0102. If you google the other two numbers you'll find postings similar to this site. Looks like a scam to me. The first two calls I received asked for a person I never heard of. I said that and not to call me. Since then I get several calls every week from one of these numbers. I registered the first two numbers on the do not call website
(512) 454-4757
I work in Austin, Texas and have gotten two of those calls today on my cell phone. No caller number shows up, either when my cell phone rings or in the "Calls Received" list. The calls have the sound of a scam to them - "Someone in your household may have a pending court matter - press 1 ...." I've been ****ing up out of concern that if I press 1, some kind of strange charge might show up on my cell phone bill.
(512) 454-4757
I have been flooded with up to three calls a day, mostly at supper time. I told this company I was not who they wanted, but they keep pestoring. All I could do was create a "Distinctive Ring" and cancel all their calls.
