I called the first number on Google search for Apple support. MAJOR MISTAKE....and I should know better. Some female foreigner wanted to take control of my screen and asked me to go to my settiings, all of a sudden I felt this wasn't right. And I played dumb and said I didn't now how to find it, and just then she did and asked me about my internet service company. I ***g up. She called me back 3 times to which I never answered. I have since blocked the number as well as have Apple blocked on my Cash App Card. I allow my 6 & 7 year old grandsons to play games and over see them. Well, Apple went and tried to charge my account almost $300 in fees. I've had to order a new card.

I am hocked that his is spam. I was originally speaking to Apple Support who stated he couldn't help me and stated someone would call me within 10 minutes. Which he did and identified himself as Apple Care. He seemingly resolved my problem, but I foolishly let him guide me through( with Apple Support permission request.
