They are bill collector for Macy's. Even though my bill is paid...in full...they still call. My state limits bill collectors' call to 3x per week, and only one of those can be @ work. This outfit called 8x in 2 days! Check out your state's laws on bill collectors (they are probably listed as debt collectors on your state's website) and then report them! Better yet, answer, don't tell them it is you, and waste their time a little. They get paid on commission...dollars collected per hour, so waste their time...it means a smaller paycheck for these bottom-feeding phlegm-wads.

I called this number back to see who it belongs to. It was answered as a Macy's line. The person to whom I spoke could not tell me why I was receiving the calls. Macy's has recently changed alot of their credit lines and this may be why the calls so they can verify the changes to your account. My solution is to pay off my account and close it and never shop Macy's again since they want to make changes and then try to penalize me in the process.
