Wow really annoying, I get about 5 calls per day by this number.

Really getting aggravated by Macy's, they keep calling my home phone and cell phone, letting it ring twice and then line goes dead. Paid bill on line, but calls keep coming. Have tried to answer calls from this number but there is only silence on the other end when I answer.

DO NOT TALK TO CALLERS FROM INDIA, ASK FOR AN AMERICAN IN AMERICA.  MACY*S SENDS IT BUSINESS TO INDIA FOR TAX REASONS.  THEY PAY LESS IN FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES AND THE INDIAN EMPLOYEE DO NOT PAY AMERICAN TAXES OR CONTRIBUTE TO OUR ECOMONIC SITUATION.BOYCOTT THE INDIAN CALL CENTERS, PAY TAXES LIKE THE REST OF US.American Express and many other credit card companies use India call centers - Demand to speak to an American in America.We have a high unemployment rate, our American can man centers here in the US.And, by the way I do have a Macy*s card since 1982 and I never carry a balance. I own nothing, use the card once a year.

I have been getting calls from 513-573-8028, 3 to 4 times a day for about 2 months. I don't & have never had a Macy's account. I don't even shop there!

I filed with the FTC weeks ago...still getting the calls.

I have been getting these calls for weeks.   Every, single day.   They are relentess.   I have filed a report with the FTC.

I get 3 a day, all I do is pickup and hang right back up.  It stops the ringing at least

They call me 5 times a day,I just spoke with them I let them know my macy's account is good never been late on my payment he asked for my account # but i didnt give it to him there full of s**t I think there scammers!

Constant annoying calls from 513-573-8028 and from 513-754-9822.  They call 3 or 4 times a day, 7 days a week.   I spoke to them once.  They said they were the Credit Card bank for Macy's.   Told them to take me off of their list and never call back.   They ignored that directive.   I filed an FCC Compliant for harassing phone calls.    You should do the same.   They will have to respond to each FCC complaint.  They deserve worse.    And these phone companies better wise up and start offering individual call blocking features.   I want to block specific numbers like these idiots.

These people keep calling me, but I don't have a Macy's account.  They are looking for someone named April Wiggins, but I don't even *know* anyone named April Wiggins.  How do I stop this?  I keep telling them that they have the wrong number.  But yet, I keep getting calls!  What do I do?! If this person is trying to skip out on her debt she might have given them a wrong number.

They have called from this number after calling repeatedly from 1-866-849-3243. They call once in the morning, between 8am-10am, then once in the afternoon between 1pm and 3pm. So I have been receiving 2 calls a day from them...I have a main number, that has not been called by any Macy's yet. The number that Macy's is calling is set up for my children to talk to their dad on; a safe-line that only he has the number for -that is unless he gives it to someone else. I did not receive any Macy's calls until he called from his sister's phone... which was 2 months after it was set up. Now, my main number has been set up for 2 1/2 years now without any solicitation from any companies like this... hmmm... They must receive notification of new numbers being used, like you can get licensed businesses/phone numbers from anywhere you request... Except this is a Vonage line and they refuse to give your number to anyone...

I got a call from (513) 573-8028 today. I got on line and researched where the number is from. I'm glad I did, I found I am not the only one. I don't answer numbers I don't know, but no message was left.

I keep getting calls from this number every morning.  There must be laws to protect us from such calls.  How do we go about pressing charges against this idiot?

The company HCL Tech. in India does indeed work for Macy's - that is not to say they have their act together.  I had a Macy's account a number of years ago - it was closed in good standing.  Every morning I have gotten a phone call from HCL Tech (in India) from 513-573-8028.  I have repeatedly spoken to them to take me off of their list using that number and 800-884-9168 and 800-545-1256.  It was no use and no useful information was obtained.  Finally I called Macy's Credit Customer Service 1-866-593-2543 - after negotiating their VM queue using 000-00-0000 as my SSN I was given to a CS rep... guess where, India.  Who informed me that my account was closed and in good standing when it was and told me that I should not be receiving any calls - they transfered me to another collection dept. that verified that I have no outstanding Macy's or Bloomingdales accounts and that I will no longer receive call.  Let's wait and find out.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number.  It's definitely an unlisted private number so I'm annoyed.  I'm sure it's not Macy's.  Definitely a scam, and annoying.

2-3 calls a day, if i pickup, theres a voice saying to wait for a csr, its a complete scam. if, per chance this is from macys, (my macys card is not due to june), then macys should not be doing business with such a crappy company.

yes, i keep getting phone calls too but i don't answer either because i don't want to talk to those people especially if they are telemarketers.
