It is Macy's calling on a Past Due Account. After several calls with no message left, I decided to pick up the call. The caller said I was 3 days past due on an account with an $88 balance. They offered to take my mininum payment over the phone. I was certain I had paid that account in full so I was suspicious of the caller. Decided to call the number on the back of my credit card and sure enough they confirmed that it was their Mason Ohio Call Center that had called me.

Not so sure this is Macy's. We are a business and this # keeps calling on an internal, unlisted business line. They do not identify themselves. There is a machine. We do not have a Macy's account but more importantly the phone # they are calling is not listed anywhere. We don't owe anyone any money so I'm concluding it must be a scam, a con artist trying to get access to whatever private information you are willing to give them. BE CAREFUL.
