Saying it was government giving me money. I googled the addressed they have me and it is the social security administration. They don't give grants.

This number and 518715 2290 was a us grant dept telling me I qualified for a 9,200 money without paying back. I could tell they were foreign and explained to him if this is going to require me a fee than it is a scam and I send if gov. is going to give me money they should just mail it to me without calling me or come to my home and issue it in person. He said this is not a scam. I blocked his number after he give me his name id number and senior office phone number to call after I was done with him. But I am going to report this as a scam
