I keep getting phone calls from this company. They seem to think that if they keep calling I will have to buy something from them. I have told them repeatedly NO, and yet they don't take no for an answer. This is absolutely harassment and I want it to stop.

I am sick to death of receiving calls from this Casa Grande number. When we answer someone immediately hangs up. We did once talk to a woman who was calling about AC service and she was told that our AC was running perfectly and she hung up. Another call today (9/14/10) on our answering machine and it was a hang up from the same number.

Have received several calls and even voice mails. Have requested not to be called. Have told them I am on the national do not call list. Calls still persist. Most recently today, 14 Sep 2010. They also do this Phoenix and Prescott with different numbers. This number does not track back to them. Filed a complaint with the FCC. Need a strategy that costs them money to get their attention. This number has the ID Casa Grande, AZ on mine and they've been calling a minimum of 3x/day for over a month. After 3 calls back-to-back I picked up on the third and asked, "Why do you keep calling this number?" The guy started singing the Barnum and Bailey Circus tune and then started the a/c talk. I cut him off and said their incessant calls constitute harassment (and cut him off when he said he'd never called me before), and that they would expunge my number from their database immediately and hung up while he was in midsentence.I get more solicitations now than I did before I got on the national do not call list.

I was home for the 3rd call from this number. After a lengthy pause, the caller picked up and started a spiel about A/C. He (a real jerk) wouldn't tell me who he was trying to reach or how he got my number (which is unlisted). He would just start his spiel after each question from me. When I asked why he was calling a number on the DNC he said that he was allowed to call numbers on the DNC as long as he wasn't expecting payment at the time of the call, and rattled off a long list of codes. As far as I know, this is not true. DexKnows indicates that this number is an unpublished number in Casa Grande AZ. What legitimate company calls from an unlisted phone number? I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov

This call keeps coming in from Desert Heating. I called this company several months ago and told them that they were calling me in error and that I had never done business with them before and that I was on the DO NOT CALL List. I then blocked them because they still kept calling me. When I had blocked to my limit, I withdrew the old blocked calls and they started calling me again. I have blocked them again but this has got to stop. I do not want to ever do business with this company just because of their selling harassment calls.

I just received a call from this number, and after reading the comments here, and calling the Desert Air or whatever it was myself, I reported them to the FTC. I would encourage everyone here to do the same if you are being harrassed continually.

I got these calls too and finally got them to answer. Its a heating and cooling co from Tucson AZ offering free maintenance on your ac. I think their name was Desert Valley.

They have called us numerous times. No answer when my children answer the phone and it's irritating. I did call them back from my caller ID and they said they'd take us off their call list. They did not and continually call. I called tonight and said I would pursue charges as they are harassing us at this point and the night manager, Michelle, said she would definitely remove us from the call list. We'll see.

I think it's some sort of phishing scam. I got a call from this number tonight, no one was on the other end and I just got a busy signal. I called the number back and the woman who answered said 'Desert Valley Air'. I doubt that's who it really is as I've never done business with this company.
