Yeah, I got this same call, in Spanish, called it back, "This is a travel-related call," etc. etc.Here's the kicker, though. After that initial message, it said that if I wanted to be removed from their list, I was to enter my phone number. Sounds like a scam to me. That's when I hung up.

I recieved a call from this number in Spanish. It said it was from the Department of Gifts or something of that matter. Then it said the last four digits of my phone are the key to getting my gift. When I called back it said, "This is a travel related call. Hang up and we will call you back shortly with more information."

received the call at 12:24pm (pst). i picked up after it rang a couple of times on my cellphone. some guy or machine (couldn't tell) started speaking spanish to me and since i didn't know what he was saying i just hung up.
