Said I had been selected for 7k in grant money knew my addy conned me out of my birth date bad connection broken english wanted me to call another number and give them a verification code which he kept saying was right no matter what sequence of numbers I repeated back to him

Called twice, different accent each time, tried to tell me they are from Windows and our ID of our system sent errors, & if I could follow their instructions....I confronted her with this silly idea - that Windows would actually contact the BILLIONS of consumers worldwide to help fix errors??, asked her what my ID was if they were getting these errors through it & all of a sudden the phone gets hung up!!!

Definatley overseas call center....stated that they were a microsoft license customer service center and that my computer had sent error messages. Also said that they got my number because my "licensed windows computer" sent them an error message. Funny thing...I don't have a windows computer in my name. Total Scam!!
