I got a call from this number. Said that I am being sued. When I mention that I must have the case (along with the case number) emailed to me and that I will give that information to the Circuit Court fo Georgia and to the Attorney General of Georgia, he, quickly, hung up. I know that this is a scam because if it were not, all of the information that I asked for would have been given to me. Next time they call, I will let them know that the call is being traced and the FBI is on the way to arrest them.

July 14I received 3 calls today from a Derrick Johnson from this number.  Today he did not leave a message the first and second time but did leave a message the third time - he said he was calling from a law office ( i could hear another man with a strong accent (Indian accent?) in the background.  I believe that they are reading from scripts.  i was told in the message today that if i or my attorney did not call i was wished good luck.This number also called twice on July 12 and July 14.  On July 9 it was a "David Johnson" who called and left a message that was exactly the same - word for word and he claimed he was from a bail office.On June 10 and 11 a "Thomas Miller' also called (866-960-6286) and also had the same message .  Not surprisingly, all three men sounded the same.I received a series of calls similar to these in 2009 and in 2008.  Do not give them any financial information over the phone - report them.

just got a call from these jerks Once told they r being recordedand voice messages r being saved and police reports have been filed and fraud dept at the bank has been contacted they hang up.WTF is with these people?? I dont owe a dime to anyone but my car... freakn creeps dont give them anything !!!

Checked my office  voice mail when I got home this evening.  A man who said he was David Carter called and hung up. He called back again and left a threatening message - He sound remarkably similar to a man named Thomas Miller ( 866-960-6286) who called June 10 and June 11 as well as a man who called several times in 2009 and 2008.  Don't give them a penny. It's a scam and we need to stand up and fight against tem.

got a call from this same number a foreigner saying I owe money from a cash advance online service and that I was going to have to go to court to pay a large number of fines and court costs.

These foreigner have been calling my place of business and harrassing me daily. They first claimed that I was indicted in a murder case in California . They kept screaming that they needed my attorney's name and phone number. Days later they claimed that I owed an Cash Advance company and was being sued. But, when I told them that I am on a recoreded line they immediately hang up.

i have been calls from 530-776-5326 from a foreign man which i dont understand .  saying i am beign sued by some company which i never been with .  he keeps on calling me leaving voice mail.

A foreign man keeps calling me and saying that i owe some bank money also and i've read a lot about it and apparently a lot of people are experimenting this what happens is that this foreign guy calls says that your going to jail and freaks the person out and then he says by sending him this amount of money he will make sure it doesn't happen if not you will go to jail in 2 hours. He says hes from US Legal Investigation dept. Apparently I also have read that this guy knows everything about the person down to the social security number which is really scary.

a person from this phone called me 5307765326 he anounced himself as bryan carter he doesn't answer his calls he is always on line with someone else others takes his calls saying your getting sued for fruad for a loan this is not funny someone that suffers of the hearts gets this call just imagen what can they cause so i will appreciate for someone to take this number and investigated and close this down since many has all ready complaint on this number and similar numbers please do something about it.   thank you      the address they gave me was   2660 greenbox  64718 w st   us leader affidavit under hudson law angeles california  944005

This number informed me that Bank of America was sueing me, but I don't have an account with them. He would give me any information just telling me to be in court. very strange!!

it was some firm saying I am being sued by Bank of america but I have no account with them. I have never been called about being late with said company nor have i been servered! i am so lost
