It's a telemarketing recording. Starts off with a woman's voice saying in a very businesslike way "The FBI reports......" Scared the bejesus outta me man....... Ya call back, a recording comes on telling you that you were contacted for telemarketing purposes and then "if you want to be removed from the call list, press any digit now." click. Like, ya get a half second to press any digit. SCAMSCUM using the good ol' fear factor (Right Wing affiliated maybe??) to get ya to cough up your hard-earned dollars for their very likely sub-standard stuff. Tase 'em.
