Received a call from this # advertising, 'better rates for PSE&G customers' - which aren't even my Electric Co, so I'm not sure why I'm even on this telemarketing list??

Man, if you don't answer they keep calling back, so annoying. However, I was able to get them to stop thanks to another blog comment I saw to call 866 246 7196 for a do not call service. When asked, they said they provide this service to a small number of companies who want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Sounded good to me so I gave them the caller's phone number to confirm it was on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.

SCAM, purports to be MicroSoft virus alert help desk. Guy on the phone wants you to call up a command window and drive through System files, one of which he will say is a virus.
