Our business phone is listed on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" because we do not want it ******* with telemarketers and keeping the actual business from taking place and we do have to pay for a business phone the same as a home phone so we should be able to stop them the same way, but it hasn't stopped these people. According to their website they are Telemarketers. Caller ID only said "CLOVIS" today, nothing else. Internet says it's Kathy Sisk Enterprises Inc. supposedly some kind of motivational speaker, telemarketing ****, blah blah blah. I called the 1-800-477-1278 that is listed on the site and told them we are listed on the do not call registry and they need to stop calling. A few minutes later they call a***n being "very nice", but telling us that they have been in the telemarketing business for years and there is no "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" for business phones. I was able to list it that way on the do not call registry site, and I went there and couldn't find anything about businesses not being able to be on the registry. I also called my "two tin cans and a string" local phone company... no help there, big surprise. I turned these people in to do not call and hopefully they will do as they said and take us off their "internal list". I guess we'll see.
