They say they're from a U.S Tech Services and they are closing down in April 2018, so they need to issue a refund of $249.99. First, they need you to go onto the "website" called www.refundpolicy.us. Website has no information on it. Second, they want you to download Teamviewer. They explained that they need to take over your computer in order to issue a refund. None is this made any sense.
