TOTAL SCAM. I called, they said I defaulted on a loan 10 years ago, but they DID have a valid social security number. They couldn't, however, produce any documents with regard to this debt, nor could they even tell me where the lawsuit was filed. They tried to ask for my address "so the subpoena could be delivered to us". This made me very skeptical and I hung up. After finding this website, I see that it is a scam. BEWARE OF THIS!!!

I got the same legal BS, I called back and no answer plus their mailboxes are full. So I did the best next thing, I blocked the number from my cell. :-)

Called with a computer stating I needed to write down a case number to forword to my attorney, that there is civil litigation and I MUST APPEAR, and when I pressed the number to connect to them to find out what they were talking about.....some jerk said "You got your subpoena, correct???" - I answered "NO, I have no subpoena" - I told them they better notify me of something through the mail, then I hung up. I received another robo-call 2 days later stating that I must appear in court for a "restraining order". When I asked who the complaint was from, they said "Household Orchard Bank"! This was a very small credit card debt I owed, and tried to pay back in 2005! Back then it was just Household Bank...and when I tried to pay, I would just get non-speaking English idiots who wouldn't give me any information on my account due to them already selling it to another creditor. When I got a call from a creditor back in '05, I attempted to set up a payment plan, and even made a 1st payment.....but then I found out I was lied to, and I responded to them in writing that I would not make another payment. I never heard another word til 2013 from some jerk from this company!

do not respond to this phone call they're just trying to get you to call back to confirm that the number they are calling is correct. They're doing it to get your phone number to scam you. Don't call them back, block the phone number. They are criminals. You cannot serve a summons over the phone. They are not real. No telling where the phone number really originates from. Don't let it worry you.

Criminal Robel calling. Harassment. Trying to scare. Unfounded threats. Block them if you can or file a police report against them.

They are a scam. This company doesn't exist. If they call you, make sure you contact your local courthouse to confirm you have no claim against you, then call the FTC and file a complaint against them. This way, if we have many against them, they will shut them down. They have recently threatened to take my car due to a credit card I paid off 8 years ago. They told me they had hired a repo company to take my car. They knew my address and the make and model of my car, but could not answer what my name or address was when I actually OWNED the credit card. I have filed complaints with the FTC, the Attorney General's office, and notified the bank I have my car loan through. Although I have informed them I am on to their scam and I know it is false (which they get mad and hang up on you or tell you they're going to take your car anyway), they continue to harass. If you get these people harassing you, file a complaint with the FTC so we can shut these guys down for good.
