Someone called me saying she is from BBB also. Told me I could pull permit and need to be member with the Better Business Bureau but I told this person I will come personally to there office and pay from there and will wait for my license to come. They asked for me to pay $475 or half and half. I said I don't pay online. I will go to there office so not even a penny they will get from me.
