He then apologized and offered to take ME to coffee if I am in SF. I did not respond. Area code was not SF but rather LA near New Orleans.

This caller was so random. Claimed to have met me at a charity dinner. I had not attended any such event. Then told me they live in San Francisco, but the number is registered to an Erie, Ohio location. Then this person offered to take me out for coffee. Weird offer since I had no idea who this person was or why they were attempting to ask me out.
