This Marc guy seems to do a lot of shady business. Most people don't even think about filing a report with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. The AG only needs a small amount of complaints to do a full blown investigation on a scam business. Look at the PA AG site. You will find that the previous owner was arrested just a few years ago on Environmental Charges. I believe this Marc and Steve are a part of his lineage.

Mark called our business and spoke to our extremely professional Sales Manager Sally and after harassing and arguing about price he called her names I have never used since I was in the Military.This man is an arrogant, ignorant piece of garbage that I would look forward to meeting in person. I feel sure that he must be talking tough to make up for a LARGE SHORTAGE in his physical equipment or ability.He should stick to being a school yard bully that does not play well with others....BEWARE!!!!!!.........

I wish I had found this site BEFORE dealing with Mark and his salvage yard!!! I needed a front and rear bumper and headlight bezels for a car that I was restoring. I ordered these parts from Mark going on 2 and a half months ago!!!! I have been VERY PATIENT with him. After we talked on the phone about the specifics of the parts I western unioned him $700 the very next day. Since then needless to say I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PARTS. I asked him in the beginning when could I expect to receive my items and he told me within a week. That was TWO MONTHS AGO. Since then I have been calling to check on the status of shipment. First he told me his shipper was backed up, then he was having trouble getting in touch with the shipper...the BS goes on and on. Within the last two weeks I have called more frequently because quite frankly I'm tired of being patient. I'm sure my $700 was spent a long time ago and I STILL have NOTHING. The last lie he told was last Thursday - I'm putting you items on a truck now but due to the holiday you probably won't get them until next Friday. I was okay with that until I called yesterday to get a tracking number to find out where everything was. Mark rushed me off the phone saying he was in New York (like I cared) and he would call me first thing this morning...of course he didn't so I called him. He had absolutely NOTHING to tell me, no tracking number no info no nothing. He even had a attitude like I was bothering him, last time I checked it was customer first?! I am a woman and am aware that sometimes we can be ran over but not this one. I firmly let Mark know that I didn't believe a word he was telling me and I wanted my money back. He told me to stop flipping out and let him take care of it like he's been trying to do. He also said that he is only the business office manager and has no control over the shipping. What really got me upset was that he said he has OTHER customers that he has to deal with as well so I basically need to wait my turn!!! By then I was livid on the inside, I wasn't going to get into a screaming match with him but I did tell him he's nothing but a FLIGHT away from me. He told me he would get a tracking number and call back and hung up on me. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE. I'M RESTORING A CAR AND HAVE BEEN ORDERING PARTS ONLINE FOR THE PAST YEAR, I HAVEN'T RUN INTO A SITUATION LIKE THIS EVER.Needless to say if Mark doesn't call me back (which I'm sure he won't) I'll be making a trip to Pennsylvania.It's takes a lot to get me to this point but for anybody considering doing business with Mark's Auto Parts, Marcus Winnick - DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a part and was told they have it then they say it was shipped elsewhere,talked to marc several times after i received the wrong part and always promises to call right back,but doesnt,so i have to resort to having the credit card company charge them back. Having now looked at the posts on the internet i wasnt surprised to see the amount of complaints. Sings a good song but service is very poor

Mark called me wanting a steering column I had and demanded my wholesale price with a quote for freight to Alaska. When telling him I wanted to check what freight would be he became very pushy, rude, and arrigant. I checked the freight guesstimating the size and weight with UPS and told him the price. But told him what it actually was when boxed (higher or lower) is what I would charge him. Which he must have thought was unfair because I was asked "What my problem is?" and "Why are you being a jack***?". So when he asked me if I wanted the sale or not I told him I would just keep it, it wasnt worth the headache. And I told him to have a nice day and hung up. But he called my right back wondering why I was a jack*** and what my position was at the company. When telling him i was the owners son he bacame dumbfounded and told me to have a nice day and hung up. This bothered me so I decided to do a little research and was glad to find this page. It looks like they do this to everyone. It is people like this that make good peoples days turn bad. We dont need customers like Mark. So beware of WINNICKS AUTO PARTS!!

Marc is a liar. This is what he does. You put in a request for an car part. He will call you back within minutes. He claims he has it and will ship it the next day, instead he spends a week trying to locate the part without giving you the courtesy of an update. Expect a lot of "i'll get back to you on that" "There were some unforeseen circumstances" Try ebay or something where the seller is held to some kind of the standard. Of course if you're reading this by now, you've already been scammed.

This guy called me for the first time and wanted me to give him a "wholesale" price. I told him I would give him a wholesale price when he started to buy parts regularly. He got very pushy saying he would not pay what other customers had to pay so I told him to buy it some were else but he continued to try and get me to lower the price. I stood firm and he got very upset and he finally got the point that my price was firm (lowest on car-part.com at the time). After reading the other comments I will never deal with this guy again. Seller beware!

Steve calls from Winnicks Auto Parts looking for a part,I was out of the office so my 75 year old dad answered the phones for me as a favor. This Steve guy gets all in his face beacuse he can't look it up fast enough an give him a shipped price. He then called back and made more rude remarks and ***g-up. When I came back I called him and gave him a complete price, then he gets up in my face and calles my dad a ******, I then told him that I didn't want to sell him the part anyway and he advised me how to run my business.
