The company is for people that are in jail... so if you are getting a call from the number, someone in jail is trying to call you... it's that simple people

I just got two phone calls from this number - stating that a Darrell Cain was calling collect from Cole County Jail. I hung up both times. I called the jail - which has a totally different extension - and they told me to block the call that it wasn't an extension from their set of phone numbers. I also got an IC Solutions Payment Center recording asking for my phone number. Doesn't sound good to me!

This number called me twice in a row starting at 3:43 am! When I called it back, the automatic message askd for my phone number and then proceeded to tell me to send a western union payment using my phone number as an account number. Said their name was "I C Solutions", never offered me any reason for them wanting a western union payment from me. Reverse number lookup informed me this company is out of Jefferson City, Mo. I do NOT have ANY outstanding accounts of any kind, this is a scam!
