Possible scam or telemarketer. I answered the phone, but didn't say anything (it auto-dialed me). After 5 seconds a human on the other end just said "Hello" in a low voice. I then repeated that back to him. Then he ***g up. So it's either a telemarketer or scammer due to the way he answered. A lot of people are getting scammed during this virus Plan-demic so I would steer clear of this.
