Matthieu Banks is the name of the facebook profile that posted the ad https://www.facebook.com/matthieu.banks.79/ (Looks to be scamming people by getting people to apply for apartments on facebook marketplace or through an app, and never returning money.
That he has a property for rent, he has taken over $520 that he will not return after saying it was refundable.
This call claimed to be US Medicare, claiming my Medicare card was expired & I needed to “verify” my account number before they would send a new one (no one in this home is of Medicare age). This is an ID theft call. They often call posing as a cable company, Medicare & other Govt offices, banks, etc
Someone named Ella texted me from this number. Claimed to be a jewelcrafter in California. Asked for personal info. When I called the number, a man from India answered. I believe this number to belong to a scammer.

Claimed I had placed an order and that I would need to give them my account number in order to get a refund.
Did not say who they were calling for but that I was to be served. At the end of the call it stated a person's name, not my name, has been notified. When I pressed information it showed a different number 575-800-8748.
