Reportedly texting me and when I was very short with him he claimed his phone must be messed up because he was texting a friend at it was sending it to me. Keep in mind I have no idea who this guy is. Says his name is Shawn and works for Chesapeake. After letting him know that his texts were unwanted he continued so I told him I would contact authorities if this didn't stop. He then sent me a very hateful and nasty message. I spoke with the local pd and they suggested trying to block his number and if that didn't work that they would handle it.
