This person named Julia Rivera is constantly calling my cell phone number and leaving msgs about my husband and her as well as texting me all hours of the night. Won't leave me alone. I live in Virginia and she is in Lawton Ok. She needs to be reported to the cell phone carrier for harassing calls/texts. I have contacted police but due to different state it is hard to handle situation. She is a convicted person on probation for one year from January 2009 and won't leave me alone. I don't know this person and I have told her to stop, but the calls and texts keep coming. I had to block her texts and now in order for her to stop calling me I have to change my number! No way I should not have to change my cell phone because she won't leave me alone.
