I receive about 10 calls daily! Not kidding! It's ridiculous! Argh!! :/

This number has called me 6 times in 7 hours.  This is harassment!  I have already paid the bill in question but they still won't leave me alone.  I'm contacting my attorney!!!!!!!

Every hour I get a phone call from this company. They never leave a message and when you do talk to them, they are rude.

They've been calling every couple of hours !! They're rude, uneducated and thoughtless. I'm just going to turn off my cell phone and unplug my home phone. If people want to contact me I guess they can email me. RIDICULOUS

I would like to share with the lot of you that I paid my bill the first week of the month. 1 day before it was actually due. My account was paid for and I am receiving calls 15 days before the next one is due. I am on time with all of my payments and sometimes pay twice a month just to pay the bills off sooner if I have the extra cash on hand. Please in the future if you need a loan or a cash advance pick a local bank over CHASE. CHASE BANK EMPLOYES are actually TAX COLLECTORS  that work for the GOVERNMENT. They get paid well and nothing you say will help your case. Please choose a hometown bank and Not Any bank that is recognized as a national institution. As far as I am concerned if it is national the government is involved in more ways then one. STAY AWAY if it is A NATIONALITY RECOGNIZED INSTSTUTION. P.S. We kept getting calls from them, despite not ever having ANY Chase accounts whatsoever (and this number for nearly 4 years).  I called them and they said "does Maria so-n-so live with you?" -- and I don't even KNOW anyone named Maria personally.  I insisted they remove my phone number or I'd take further action.  Annoying!

They told me that they are allowed to call if you are 1 day late b/c this "type" of "high risk" loan is known to default. I was like, excuse me, WTF? I mailed it out 10 days in advance and due to the holiday, it made it a day late. I don't see how, since we live only an hour from where it is mailed. I think the mail sits around and they open it when they want.There was a previous time when we truly were late mailing the payment and they asked us why we were late. I said to the lady, "I'm sorry, but are you paid so well there at Chase that you are unaware as to the economy and what is happening to those of us that have cut hours, cut wages, or both cut hours and cut wages." Her response, "Can you tell me why you were late on your payment." That is when I hung up. We were 10 days late. Good grief! I've never delt with a place that started calling prior to 30 days late!

I keep getting this too and say it's from chase... I don't even have an account/loan with them.

this number calls me 6-7 times a day----I believe it is Chase although they never leave an understandable message.  They call me before my payment is due, 6-7 times a day, and continue for a week after they have my payment which I send thru online banking).  They use more than one number, I think(201-216-3618 is the other one) which also calls on the same schedule.  I'm getting sick of what I consider harrassment and would like to know how to get it stopped.

I get calls from these F***ers all the time. There is either a recording asking you to hold on or no one is there. What kind of Sh*t is this??? Never mind the $5 dollar fee for cashing one of THEIR checks!!! These banks should have been let to go out of business!!! Their practices are unethical and deceptive. I asked for an extension on my car loan and the snit on the other end refused me because I didn't have a solution to hi satisfaction that would prevent this next month!!! Can you believe this? I wrote to them only to get a message back saying they would forward this to the appropriate department and let me know by mail.When a company gets this big they should be broken up.

repeat calls at all hours for payments even though mutual arrangements were made...when told anbout the agreement, they don't have it in their system...keep all records and be sure to get the name and employee id of whoever you speak with...they do update their system in a timely way...

I've read the comments left by others so i'm assuming its chase at 8am, the morning after halloween, gimme a break!!  I went to the branch to make my car payment THE DAY IT WAS DUE!  Twenty days later, they start calling me saying that they never received the payment.  Thank goodness I kept that $438 receipt! They'd goofed and applied the payment to my chase card instead. HOWEVER THEY KEEP CALLING EVEN THOUGH ITS NOTATED ON THE ACCOUNT AND TAKES UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO CORRECT. I've been retelling this story to every chase number that calls me......I guess I will have to retell it or not pick up until it clarifies!

It's Chase...  I am a few days late, with payment in the mail and they still call (from several different numbers).  The calls won't stop until payment has been received AND updated in their computer.  I think they should at least wait until 2 payments are behind before they start bombarding you with calls!  Maybe times are hard and you need to skip a payment to feed your children, but are planning on doubling up the next time...  My goodness, can we get a little freakin' time!!!!!  Can't pull the money out my @!#$, I don't care how many times you call!!!

The same number keep calling my mobilephone for many times. I do not know who is it. But it is ture a boring.

I am on social security disability due to luekimia & chase gets paid every month ,even though a little late due to the nature of my fixed income. Yet they bombard my home and cell phone.

This "Arizona" thing is driving me insane.  Have had illness in family and have been unable to sit down and pay bills.  As quickly as possible I will have this auto loan transferred from Chase to our loal bank.

I get calls from this number about every two hours.  I'm going to sue them if they don't stop.  Phone harrassment is illegal - whether you have an account with Chase or not!

The same number keeps calling our house, but it comes up as Arizona, not chase. I dont know what to do! it is so annoying. I will let you know if we figure out what to do!
