This is ridiculous. My payments start beginning next month and they have been calling me 4 times a day everyday. I did tell them I will be making payments and they can take the reminder calls off. Apparently they dontknow how.

This is Chase Bank's collection department. I have a student loan with them and that is where they got my number. My account wasn't even overdue when they started calling me. They started calling 2 weeks before my payment was due and they called every 45 minutes. I have never been late on a payment before. I'm an attorney and I read the guy the law that he was violating and he got MAD and freaked out on me. Call this number if you have problems: 1-800-489-5005 . It's the direct line to the Student Loans division and they will put a stop calling notice on your account.

they always call and when we pick up no one is ever there.
