Chase Bank sucks!

Calls all day everyday. Starts at 7 am. Doesn't end until almost 10 pm.

Chase is wearing my phone out!!!

My husband and I had an auto loan thru them and sold the car for another one. I just got off the phone with them and told them that. They told me I was 45 days late. I am not late Andy more. They didn't like that.

They are allowed to call as many times as it takes you to answer the phone.  They can continue to call until you answer the phone 3 times within seven days.

Yeah, it is Chase.  If you are a second late with a payment, they will CHASE you like a hound dog.  I really hate Chase but they own my life at this point.

How are you suppose to be able to pay your bills if Chase sends all it's  calls to call centers in Malaysia?

Forgot to make this months payment, it was due 4/28, paid it 4/29 at 10;30AM and have had 3 automated calls today from Chase with either an area code or unknown.  Are they desparate or what?

Call 4 - 5 times a day on my cell...beginni­ng at 8am! Even on Sundays. I answered and they asked for a person that is unknown...told them they had a wrong number...I do not have an account with them nor have I financed a car in many years!!! told them to stop calling...they have not!

Call me 4-8 times daily, any day of the week, all hours....only left message once. Have also called my work 1x. The caller ID says Chase....the message said calling from TJ Sauter (sp?) Finance. I have no accounts with Chase.

I have spoken to a Chase representative and tried told them I would pay at the end of the week including late fees. The agent told me he would note the order. An hour later another Chase phone call. I told that agent I made payment arrangements and was told that no matter what they can not stop the calls until a payment was made and that their system will randomly decide when to call.

CALLS 5 TIMES A DAY EARLY EVEN 1 AM THESE FUUUUKING AHOLLLES ARE CALLING OVER THE LAST SMALL PMT ON AN ACCOUNT PAID 5 MONTHS EARLY

PS.  My wife has a lease thru Ally" the new "GMAC" and it is up one month BEFOREmine with CHASE...Heres what they have done...Sent her a "booklet" explaining EVERYTHING she needs to know about end of lease issuesAND a "PHONE number SHE can call IF she has any other questions.THATS "Customer CARE!!!

I owe them NO late payments to CHASE BUT my auto lease is up in FOUR months and they have been callig me DAILY using an :automated" system so EVEN IF I answer the call I CANNOT talk to a HUMAN. They want to discuss my end of lease "options"! So TODAY I caleed the 800 numnber left by the sysytem and was told that the ONLY way I could stop the "automated" calles was to make that "request" inwriting!! So "I" have to spend time and MONEY to send THEIR ANNOYING calls! EVEN tohugh I called and "discussed" what my options were. Guess what my option ISN:T...financing this car or ANY OTHER car through "CHASE"!  I will WALK FIRST>>!!! Can't wait till help "BAIL THEM OUT"!!

Blocked their number they get a 'phone number disconnected' message and they still call 5-6+ times per day looking at call log.

They harass you many times day and night, with different phone numbers as well. I had made my payment BEFORE the due date, but started getting these annoying automated calls all day, and received a late payment notice. I called Chase and they said its because I made the payment towards the principal amount. Well, I do not recall seeing a section dedicated to paying just the principal amount. From what I recall, there are two options when making the payment online: one for the full monthly balance, and the other let's you enter the amount you want to pay that month. I paid the full balance for the month and still received a late payment notice?? WTF!? If there was a section for principal payments, then they should make it more clear because I did not see it. Anyway, the Chase rep told me that they will re-allocate the amount, and that should stop the annoying phone calls.

I called last month to defer my auto payment due to my husband losing his job. Told them I would make November's payment by 11/19/10 (my due date is the 12th, so it's still within the 10 day grace period). They started calling me Saturday morning at 8am, and have not stopped. It's ridiculous. I have never been late making a payment in 3 years and when I need to defer a payment for one month, I get hassled? I'll be looking into refinancing my loan, for sure.

I started getting calls from this number last week. After the third call, I called them. Supposedly they are Chase Auto Finance, but I have NO loan with them so I asked to be removed from their list. The calls didn't stop and continued throughout the weekend. I spoke with a representative for the third time yesterday. After looking up my "phone number's" account history I was asked if I knew a Lisa or a Cass... No. I was told that SOMEONE put my cell phone number down as their primary contact. I've had the same cell number for almost 9 years. Very strange. I can only imagine how irritating these people would be if you actually owed them money.

How do you get them to stop calling your number.  I owe the bill yes but they call everyday??

I have called them several times letting them know that I am not the person of the auto loan they are looking for... but some how they continue to call my cell phone number.. I have the other numbers for Chase Auto Finance to go straight to voice mail but some how they are using another number as well to contact a male person and I'm a female.

Sent payment... 3 day before due.....not even 24 hrs over due date and getting calls.........­......THEY SUCK.....Not mt fault some one didn't post the payment because it's Saturday.

Chase Bank.  If you are 1 day late on a payment, the calls will start.  If you answer the phone, don't give them a payment.  Tell them you will do not give any personal information out to anyone that calls you, and you will make the payment online.  This will get them off your back for a day or two, even if you don't make the payment.

This company called me 10 times in one day. This is insane when I'm at work.

I have recvd numerous phone calls from this number. I have answered and they are looking for someone that does not work at the compnay associated with the number they are calling. I had 14 calls from them on 7/5/2010. When I spoke with someone last week from that company (CHASE) I informed them that the perosn they are lloking for does not work here....they continue to call...HOW DO I MAKE THIS STOP>

Computer generated call, has no respect for time or day of the week. Definitely Chase Auto Finance. The company doesn't seem to have an update policy. Sent a payment in, two days after due date, with late fee, and that started the game (I am not participating). Cannot seem to reach the corporate to get it resolved, therefore I ignore the calls from all the myriad numbers they use.
