They called me 5 times between May 9, 2011 and May 12, 2011. Now on May 26, 2011 called me again. After the earlier calls in May I was able to indentify them. The phone number 602-236-7290 and Salt River Project are spoofed. You are being called by the Success Group located in Phoenix Az. Their customer service number is 866-881-3585. They may be calling to see if you want to install solar panels.

I've also been recieving calls from the same number (602-236-7290).The calls started several months ago and have been continued. They ask for a certain person and then hang up on you if you say "this is not he (or she)".I've tried on multiple occasions to ask them to stop calling but am continually hung up on.I've tried to track the number down using various methods. It appears to be a Phoenix, AZ number and possibly originating from Qwest Corporation.I have been unable to find alternate numbers or positively identify them. Will keep trying until I track them down!

Salt River Project is warning customers of a telephone scam in which someone is using an invalid SRP phone number while seeking credit card or banking information. According to SRP customer services manager Michael Lowe, the impostors appear to be calling from (602) 236-7290 that can appear on caller ID as “Salt River Project” and may be attempting to use any information they collect for illegal purchases. Attempting to call this number back results in a message that the number is not in service. “SRP customer service representatives do not call our customers and ask for credit card numbers,” Lowe said. To avoid falling prey to such scams, never give your credit card or debit card number, or any other personal information, to a caller or visitor without confirming their identity, and contact local police if you feel you have received a fraudulent call.
