Rodale Publications uses an outside telemarketer to contact their customers regarding renewing subscriptions. However, Rodale claims to not know that these telemarketers are calling 2 to 4 times a day, and are not professional about it, either. You can call Rodale @ 866-387-0509 and you'll get a recorded message, but can say Customer Service and it will take you directly to that department. They will ask for your name, address, and phone number & they will contact these telemarketers and tell them to remove you from their call list. It should take about 4 weeks. I told her that Rodale might want to rethink who they are using because they are not professional, at all, and are giving the Rodale name and bad impression.
