Received call on my unlisted phone on ("Election Day" after 5:00pm - Office Hours are Open M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - what are the after-hour rules? ) on Tues. 11/4/14 at 5:24pm & didn't leave a voicemail. Message to Scammer/Harasser: DO NOT CALL. I've been receiving these unscrupulous calls continually since April 2014 - the FCC has rules in effect that address unsolicited telephone marketing calls – including those using automated and prerecorded messages.
