I agree with above. There can't be any reason to call. My payment is direct pay and I am paid current. I have no idea why they are calling me. I guess next call I will answer it and see what these numskulls have a problem with.

They call starting @ 8:00 am & continue until 9:00 pm one call after another! Leave no message & sometimes I have picked up & no one is there. In the beginning I did tell them I was out of work & would call them when things changed - but they continue to call continuously!

Got my Wife on the phone while I was out volunteering at my kids school and demanded to know why I wasn't out working instead of volunteering. (I've been laid off for the last 4 months and actively trying to find a new job, but I felt obligated to help out at the school since I had time.) My wife answered the phone in hopes that it was employment related and was stunned when the person on the other end of the line, who by the way did not immediately identify himself as a debt collector, demanded to know why I was volunteering instead of working to earn money. At this point, my wife responded with a choice explative and told them that I would be home in the afternoon and to call back and hung up. Since when is volunteering at your child's school a crime. if this is there standard practice, then this person, and his supervisor need to be held accountable. Both should be fired.

we have been getting calls from different numbers by these idiots 10-20 times a day for the past 2 months.  So far they have used 7 different numbers.  We owe them nothing, we have never been late on payments, and pay our bills on time.  They always call using a recording for us to call them back.  We did that once and was put on hold for 15 mins only to be disconnected.  We have been using Phonetray to block them so for all we care they can call 50 times a day.  If they want our attention bad enough, they can send out a letter in the mail.  but I guess collection agencies aren't smart enough to figure that out.

This number continues to call me and ask for someone named Glenda. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off of their list. They said they updated a ladies info and she gave them my phone number again. They began calling as early as 6:30 a.m. then called at least another 5 times to 9 a.m. I even dialed the number back... they even leave urgent messages that are not for me!

They call every day of the week every hour between calls and will not leave a message. receive 10 to 12 calls per day!

You know two can play this game. If you dial this number a person answers and goes thru the wells fargo crap. I have been calling this number every ten minutes and needless to say they are getting annoyed.

Getting calls every 30-45 minutes from this same number--all day long. Starts about 8am & continues until almost 9pm.

the number has been calling non stop for a week.  ever since i got a new phone the number has not stopped calling.  up to 16 times a day starting as early as 8am.

They call every half hour.  Begins before 7am and continues until past 9:30pm.  Have told them repeatedly they have the wrong number, but they insist the party they want gave them the number and has talked to them from this number.  Absolute lie, not possible.  This has been going on for days.  Tomorrow I will report them to the State Attorney's Office.Too bad these jerks didn't go down with Lehman Bros. They call out of Sioux Fall, SD, but they annoy people all over the USA this way.  Only an idiot would continue to contact someone at the same number when they know it is not a correct number.  BYW calling the local office does no good either.

Say they are Wells Fargo Financial.  Call 24/7 before 8 am and after 9 pm as well as every half-hour or hour in between.  Lie that the person they are calling has given them your number and that they have spoken to that person at that number.  A pack of lies, of course.  Totally disregard being told they have a wrong number and not to call again.  A few will tell you they will remove the number from their automated dialer.  Not true.Please share any info on successful way to get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!!!
