A woman called at my job and said "My name is Magan, I want to talk to the business owner." I put her on hold because it (sounded like) a cold call. She hung up.

They called wanting to access to my computer also. Said they were from Windows and had inforomation about errors and warnings with my micosoft software, and they needed me to get my laptop and allow them permission to access it. I believe its a scam!!!!They also did'nt want to take no for at answer. I told them I had a professional that fixes my computer if something happens to it. But they actually told me my professional wound'nt be able to fix it ,only they could!! When he realized he was'nt gettting anywhere he actually hung up on me. EVERYONE BEWARE!

These people have called me numerous times. They say they are from 'Windows' and want to access your computer by showing you that you have errors and warnings. THIS IS A SCAM!!! 'Windows' is not a company... it's software developed by Microsoft!!! DO NOT let them access your computer or give them any information about your computer or your credit card numbers.
