I contacted the actual company in Mountainview, California and they acknowledged that they were trying to shut down this fraud, but due to Mexican jurisdiction, hadn’t gotten very far. He said he was a process server from Clark County, Nevada (where she used to live), and she had a court summons he was trying to serve. Ironically, this number belongs to Nomorobo, which is a service that enables you to block robocalls. I realized this after I tried to add the number to my blocked callers list via the website, nomorobo.com. So if this is a service you have subscribed to, this is their number. Oddly, they did not leave a message, but the number is displayed on their site as the number to call to block robocalls.
