Scumbag Debt Collector ALERT -- VANDERBERG CHASE - 887 W Marietta St NWSuite J-102Atlanta, GA 30318(877) 822-2677 Toll-Free(404) 478-2225 Local(404) 671-9099 FacsimileThey use a VOIP System that has every area code in the USA programmed in - they are PURE SCUM - and they know it - They don't display their name!  I got a call from them -- and they violated the FCRA four times in the calls.A - They called four times that dayB - They left a derogatory message stating "Unless you call us by 5PM, we will have our partners file a lawsuit against your social, (My Name) This debt is severely past due - you reference number is $#$%%@#@# - and unless you call me today, severe repercussions will result.I called these MF's back, got that particular women on the phone, told her that I was a parlegal and that violated FCRA four times and that if she was so interested in finding that person that she should use US Mail and that I would be filing a lawsuit on the behalf of that person.  She slammed down the phone - I called back, got a supervisor, read him the riot act (same as above) and he swore up and down that my number would be placed on a permanent do not call list.NEVER - NEVER - NEVER - BELIEVE THESE MF SCUMBAGS...It's a Law - THEY must send you something in the US Mail and THEY MUST VALIDATE the debt after you send back a certified letter!!

i picked up when dis person called and it was an answering machine in spanish saying "you where the number 10 caller and just won a prize press number 1 to claim ur prize." i didn't press anythin and it just hunged up.  It happen to my best friend and my mom that's weird.

This call was in spanish, a male computer voice. Unintelligible. Call came in at 8:49pm on 8/4/08

I'm also an Atlantan, and I received calls from both of these numbers this week.  The 609 call came on Monday evening, and the 530 call was on Tuesday evening.Today (Wednesday), I received unsolicited calls from 312-780-1700 and 818-870-5076.  Don't know if they're related, but I think it's the same auto warranty folks that have been harassing me for ages.

Caller id left on phone, Goggled to see who it was. Apparently not anyone I wish to speak with.

On my Cell Caller I.D. 08-04 TOO!!!!!

Same thing...telephone spam.  Are they allowed to call us on cell phones like that?  I hate big government, but there "ought to be a law" for that, so we can submit our cell bills and force them to pay for their calls to us!!!

Called me at 7:50 on 8/4/08.  I won't answer so they are wasting their time.

I got a call from that number too, but they didn't leave a message.

Spam Caller (?) really don't know, they've never left a message. This is approx. the 4th time that this number has shown up on my cell call display.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Got a call from this number. A recording started playing in Spanish, I hung up after a couple of seconds because I don't understand spanish. Did not call the number back.CROSS REFERENCE= The same thing happened to me from the number 1-530-217-6330. Are the numbers related? (530) dials for Auburn, CA, while (609) dials for Newark, New Jersey.
