Phony "Exchange Student" wanting host families. Really Horizon Marketing in the St. Paul, MN area. They buy customer lists from Loews, Home Depot, and many others and try to get personal information from you so they can target what they will try to sell to you. If they phone you more than 4 times a day, most states consider that Harassment, and you can file a complaint/investigation request with your state's Attorney General's Fraud Office. The Do Not Call List obviously Does Not Work. Last year they called from a 909 area code number. . .

Female caller with fake German accent called at our medical office and asked us to donate $5000 to house an exchange student. When we asked her to donate to our daughter going to National Rodeo Finals, the German accent was dropped and she cussed us out and hung up. Total FRAUD!!! Wanted us to give them our bank account number for funds transfer.
