It IS Verizon. I was late with payment. They provide a service that I agreed to pay to use. They are not the bad guys. I was wrong. I promise this is Verizon. They are contacting you because they are terrorists. Likely your bill is slightly overdue. If you answer they will put you on hold for a minute until a represemtative comes on the line. They will tell you you owe money, and you will offer to pay, they will say well its not due for another 2 weeks, and then they will cut your bill off anyway. Also, to reactivate your account, after they unjustly cut it off, they will charge you an additional $15 PER LINE to reactivate. They also have some of the worst customer service practices I have ever seen.

This number called my phone asking for the primary account holder, I'm just on a family plan & I am not the account holder. I have been on this account for over 5 years and never has Verizon called me for anything, they wouldn't they should call the primary account holder. Anway, our bill is paid the moment they send the account holder a texted bill; we double checked and as of today we have a zero balance due. We don't pay late. So this company would have no reason to call us. We called Verizon and they said the call was NOT made by them and do not give them any information about your account or your banking info. So even if you do pay your bill they are still calling people!
