As the other people below commented, this is the typical Indian scam where they try to get the person who answers to turn over control of their computer via LogMeIn or TeamViewer by telling you that your computer is full of viruses. Once they gain control they scarf up your passwords, erase your drive and then make you pay to get everything back. Problem is they have such thick Indian accents you can barely understand them.
