Like the other comments, I got an email on okcupid (from yeahitskey this time) asking if I wanted to text with them at this number. Nearly empty profile, based no where near me though they claim they're from the same town, etc.

Got a message on a dating site saying, "Hi, I'm in (my home town), wanna text?" Erm, nah, you're alright, not even the same country! I'm guessing it's a scam! Am I gonna fall for that? I think I know my own area code...

I was also contacted via OKCupid by someone asking me to text them at this number. The OKCupic user is ediemaxine412 - The profile claims they are 24 years old and interested in people up to 34 years old yet I am 43 and it is clearly marked on my profile. This smells like rotten spam.

got a message on a dating site, okcupid.com, and wanted me to text them. i ran a search on the site and it came up "no results" claimed they were"queencitysue762",sounded suspicious from the get go to me.I do think they are a spammer of some sort ,however I didn't call or text the number. Be careful.
