I received a text this morning offering me $1,000 if they can’t buy my listing. They guarantee the purchase of my listing even with issues. I tried calling them back just to see what they were really all about and the number rang then a sound like a fax came on then nothing. As you can see from above, it is a scam. They didn’t respond to any of my texts either.

I've been on the National Do Not Call List since 2016. I received an unsolicited text wanting to pay me a thousand dollars for free and clear properties in Central Florida, free and clear in excellent condition. I make more than that in the first 2 weeks of every month.
