I got there important message

Yep collections and they want me to call them back and help them find me!?! Oh the fun I could have!!!

This number is from National Credit Adjusters. They called a family member and left a very detailed message on his answering machine, which is against the law. So I have saved the message to keep if they try something. They at they need information on where to find me. Well that is just a scare tactic. And I don't scare easily. Because the very next day I got mail from them, saying I owe a payday loan. So I guess they had my contact information all along. I guess they just need to get my phone number so they can "call" me. And to everyone thinking I need to pay my bills. Well, I was out of work with a sick child, and it was either pay this bill or buy food and pay our mortgage and lights. And after I had already paid over $500 for borrowing $300, I couldn't keep paying. I owed them less than $200 when I stopped. And I've called companies before and tried to make payments and would just get cursed out, and made to feel like sh*t. So with a sick child added to the mix, u can't deal with it. Do the bill they sent now says the bill is over $400. Well, is I don't have $200 bucks to pay, I sure don't have $400.

Nobody is scared of these losers. After all I've been through in life I hope they know they aren't scaring me when they call and leave a message saying its urgent. Call someone else that might actually scare, haha!!!

Tried go talk to him, but he refuse listen. He s****ed to raise his voice, I ***g up. Life is too short to argue with an****hole.

I just changed my number no one should have it. I dont have anything in collections currently so I dont know why they would call my number. I just changed it about 4 days ago.

Listen all, these places give all collection agencies very bad reputations. A collection agency is supposed to help council its customers to get themselves into a better living arrangement even if it means not getting payments for a few months. Since I changed our company to this philosophy we collect three times the money we did before and have a lot of happy customers that were in a lot of trouble financially. If these places do this and do not give you the mini miranda it is almost always a 500 dollar fine on the first offense in any state you live in. The second will run into thousands. Even if they give it but not so you can understand just simply say I did not understand you and they must repeat it again. This is almost enough to make them hang up in the first place. If they give the mini miranda and do not give it in the exact phrase word for word it is an automatic 500 dollar fine. the mini miranda should read exactly as follows "This is an attempt to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose!" any other word added in that phrase like the world "ONLY" on the end which many collectors do to make the statement not sound so threatning is again an automatic 500 dollar fine. I would simply start recording your phone calls which most people can purchase for five bucks a month from your phone company and if not they are cheap to hook up to your phone at most electronic stores. Anyway, I hope some of you nail this company, I hate when they do businesses like this. I give seminars all over the country helping students get themselves out of financial crisis from student loans once they graduate and assist students on how to prevent the same while they are still a freshman on up. I hope some of you take this place and any other like them to the cleaners. Another very bad one is ACS, inc in South Dakota. This place used to be a great agency but now management has changed to ownership from a bank and it went to hell. Good luck all. If I can help more let me know.

I have been getting calls from this number on my mobile and they keep saying its for an impt matter but won't give me any details and I love it when they say well you may end up getting court papers.. Listen to stupid Immigrant Alien, if you get a summons - you are NOT CALLED to be notified of it. So why don't you go back to school and get yourself an education because your wasting your time calling me,making threats when you have nothing on me.

We've been getting calls from this number. No message, just an autocall for V.  There is no V at this number. I called back and nothing. Obviously a scam of some sort.

received a call on my cell asking for me? since i did not know who it was i didn't identify myself and said i wasn't in.  asked if i could take a message and was told very rudely that she needed to talk with R.  If this is suppose to be a professional establishment, maybe they should invest money in proper phone Etiquette.

They call to collect a debt from a payday loan company who stole my information and was trying to take money from me. This company called my job they were rude to me even though I told them that the information they received was stolen and they won't stop calling

I received a rude disruptive call at my place of employment. They had no respect for the fact that I was working. They made threats about filing a suit and wage garnishement. This was the first time I ever spoke to them. When I asked for validation they refused to send me anything in writing saying they already have. I never received anything from them.

I rcvd a call at my work from 620.665.8721 and they did not lve a message or anything. But I called the number back and got a website www.ncaks.com but it does not say who they collect for or anything. Then when you call the number back the voicemail says, 'if you have recently been documents for a court appearance' what the hell do they collect, I do not owe anything that would require a court appearance. And the website is very vague and does not give anything.

This # keeps calling my cell phone 3 or 4 times a day. They never leave a message. Don't answer because I do not want to use my minutes on calls weird numbers.

automated calls asking for "Amanda Cunningham" (I have no clue who that is). I've previously requested to be taken me off their call list but they continue to call. If ignore call, they leave automated voicemail. Their calls are from many different caller IDs (all 620 area codes so far, such as

she talked so fast you couldn't understand her name at all. said she had some paperwork in her office she needed to talk to me about and i needed to call her back and gave an 800 number. 800-542-1048 ex 245.
