I was able to at least track down the line servicer for the Arizona number. which I do believe to be their "legitimate" hard line. They are using a number spoofer for the other ones I believe. Anyhow, their provider is a company called "level 3 communications." The only way to actually get them shut down. Or at least make them have to switch numbers etc. Is to call Level 3's fraud dept.. I have them opening an investigation as we speak and I am also placing a call to their local law enforcement agency. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, what they are doing is using the names of legitimate health insurance providers (in case you look them up) so that they can get your personal and financial information. The number for Level 3's fraud department is 1-800-348-5457. Best of luck, they can only continue as long as we let them. It's a war of attrition, and I have the time to spare.
